How Can fever Along With Lower Abdominal Pain Be Treated?

Ive had a history of ovarian cysts, mainly unilaterally. I developed a low-grade fever 2 days ago, and had a couple minor lower abdominal pains during that time. But woke up today with significant sharp pain in my lower right abdominal and back, spreading to my leg. I dont like going to the ER. It has been a few months since ive had any pains. Is the fever associated with the cysts and is this ER worthy?

Hi,

Your chief complaint signifies that you have developed a problem in the kidney due to stones and infection. However, It needs clinical examination first followed by investigations like ultrasound, Urine tests. There is no other alternative than to report at the ER room so that it can be identified and accordingly treated otherwise there can be possible dangerous complications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
